BAC Management, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, was formed on August 24, 2012. The company is solely owned by Bruce A. Cordingley, a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. BAC Management, LLC serves as a management company and currently manages the Retreat on Washington, an apartment community serving senior citizens in Indianapolis, Indiana.
